A London rental property needed a complete brand developing, and needed a website to promote itself to prospective tenants.


[1] Brand design:

The property is aimed at the young professional rental market in a youthful and trendy part of London with good links to the centre, along with the south coast and all locations west and north of London. We came up with the brand 'elspeth seven two' from the address of the property to fit this target group, with it's club night/ trendy bar feel. The domain name elspeth72.co.uk was registered.


[2] Website development:

We designed the elspeth72 website from scratch as always, beginning with the most important elements of the site involving the structure and ease of use. The copy was then considered and tested before applying the brand to the framework to finalise the design of the site. The site needs little maintenance, with only a current status page subject to change: templates of which were developed for easy loading.
