NOTES ON PRICES
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds Saturday to Saturday. We are flexible re arrival/departure dates out of season.
We require a 10% deposit on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure
Pricing is flexible for long lets out of season.
Prices include the cost of air-conditioning/heating but exclude pool heating which costs £100 for the first week and £50 for each week thereafter.
CHANGEOVER DAY
Changeover day in the high season is Saturday. The maid requires departing guests to leave no later than 10am and people to arrive no earlier than 3pm. Out of season we are very flexible.
